The Carolyn Homes Team is pleased to announce that Carolyn Sappenfield was named to Washingtonian’s annual list of the region’s “Best Real Estate Agents.” The designation focuses on customer service, as reflected by peer voting and consumer surveys of more than 50,000 local subscribers to the magazine. Only 100 agents in the entire DC Metropolitan area (out of thousands) were listed. The team was also proud to be named on the magazine’s list of “Washington’s Top-Producing Agents,” which evaluates agents and teams based on 2018 sales volume.
