Silverstone Senior Living has broken ground on a new luxury senior living community at 2620 Main Line Boulevard in Alexandria’s National Landing, near Amazon HQ2. The project is a $100 million development spanning 216,000-square-feet, including 163 apartments for independent and assisted living.
Located on 1.4 acres in the Potomac Yard section of National Landing, the community will feature abundant amenities such as a spa and salon, wellness and fitness center, restaurants, activity spaces, and resident lounges. Completion is expected in 2022.
Silverstone is also developing new senior living communities in Fairfax and Rockville. It opened a 154-unit community in Woodbridge in 2018.
