Ritz-Carlton Residences will partner with Bozzuto to bring a 65-unit condominium building to 8507 Connecticut Avenue in the Chevy Chase Lake development.
The building will span seven stories and include retail space. The top floor will be 12,000 square feet and have a fitness center, yoga and meditation space, piano lounge/event space, and co-working areas.
Condos will range from 1,100-2,200 square feet each, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, and have amenities such as concierge service sand in-residence dining.
In addition to this condominium building, two apartment buildings with 100,000 square feet of retail space are also planned for Chevy Chase Lake.
