As DC’s population continues to expand, residential developments are springing up all over the city to accommodate its increasing density. Hoffman-Madison’s 24-acre project, The Wharf, brought three music venues, two apartment buildings, a condo building, multiple hotels, and over one acre of green space to the southwest waterfront. Meanwhile, the $1.3 billion Capitol Crossing project is reconnecting the Capitol Hill and East End neighborhoods by adding five new buildings over seven acres of land.

To help DC residents keep up with the development pipeline, the Washington DC Economic Partnership compiled the city’s top residential projects, based on the number of housing units, with information on expected delivery dates:
